All parts are inspected for damage and manufacturing flaws prior to leaving our facility.
We package all of our parts to meet and exceed our shipping companies expectations.
In the rare occasion damage does occur during shipping, please email us at lclaims346@aol.com or call us toll free at 1-866-807-0003 or 217-672-8325 and we will file a damage claim for you.
PLEASE DO NOT throw away any packaging materials as they are needed for the damage process.
Buyer must contact us no later than 7 business days after product is recieved damaged so we can proceed with a damage claim. This timeframe is given by our shipping companies and a claim will not be recognized after 7 business days of reciept of a damaged part. Sorry no exceptions on this timeframe.
In the very rare occasion that you recieve merchandise different than what was ordered simply call us toll free at 1-866-807-0003 or 217-672-8325 and we will correct this issue immediately.
If a buyer orders the incorrect part for their vehicle by accident or no longer needs the part, the buyer may return it within 5 business days of reciept.
The buyer must contact us before returning any parts. Refunds will be given for the price of the part only.
Shipping & handling is not refundable on returned parts.
Please include your phone number and copy of your invoice with all returns.
Freight shipments only- Buyers must check all parts at time of delivery and note any damage on the invoice before signing the parts recieved in good condition. If the invoice is signed that the parts are recieved in good condition this will void any later claim of a damaged part.
Purchase of a hood and additional items will ship through a freight company and we will need a valid phone number with your purchase for shipping purposes.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS ALLOWED AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECIEPT OF YOUR PRODUCT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
